However, it is a very pretty spiral to look at, and I don't know how much you find yourself drawn to it. I also know you want to know how to reach people's minds to teach them new things, and spirals have been proven to be very effective at this, to the point where you notice how powerful a teaching is when you have let a spiral relax you beforehand.
Suppose you found the secret of being able to teach anybody anything; even something you yourself have little experience in. Now imagine that power being made available to you, and you really should open your mind to this possibility. And would you open your mind to this power now, or soon?
You can imagine learning that power, and it's as if you let it just settle into you, and you can feel it spreading like a relaxing warmth through your body and mind, and realise that your conscious mind can think of whatever it wants as if it is going away from you, and the more you notice the warmth the more your conscious mind fades away into the distance until you forget about it and let it go completely.
And that's really all you have to do; just watch the spiral until it clicks. The rest is experience, and that is something no coach can teach - you have to take the next steps on your own.
