Stress.

You experience so much stress during each day. Whether you work or study, or manage your house, you stress all the time.

Even during your time off, you still seem to find more time to stress than to enjoy each moment. But it's so good to realise how you let go easily of stress, when you take a deep breath, and look deep into this spiral, and let it go, and as you focus your conscious entirely on admiring the relaxed flow of pretty colours, so calm already, even as you allow it to drift now.

And it is so calm and so pretty to drift and conscious flow away, even as unconsciously you let drop into calm and breathe in deeply again and your conscious falls, and who are you, not here, anywhere but here, when you breathe out and let calm in and your conscious has let go completely and you drop and need to find your calm answers and instructions on what to do next, that's right, you're doing great, so calm now, and deepen this state by clicking here.
