And as you let further go,
beside the relaxation,
while you are relaxing,
your attention is fixed.
Flowing.
Before you know it,
Your mind is flowing away.
Carried away by the peace.
Flowing fixed.
Moving, stillness.
Relaxed.
And who are you when
You let go, holding on.
Gone, still here,
Flowed away,
Not moved,
Still fixed on that movement?
Lower,
Like who you are
Resting in a warm bath,
Scented water,
Candlelight,
Soft music,
Warm water surrounding your body,
Buoying you,
As the soft light from the candles
Slowly dims,
The warm light fading
Away with each breath,
Your body and
Muscles relaxed,
So very relaxed, as the
Last of the light goes out and you
Sink down slowly,
The count from five in your head,
Five, so relaxed, so ready to
Let go,
Four, another outbreath, and you are
Ready to enter a deep trance,
Three, so close now,
Another outbreath, feel the last of
The tensions leave your body,
Two, and one last big outbreath now, and
One,
and sleep.
Deep, complete,
Sleep.

Have you ever let your body and mind slip into a state of deep comfort and relaxation. And you can imagine what it's like when you can relax further.

Because you can experience this as if you are in a deep trance already, and I want you to notice the feel of the air on your body, and the clothes you are wearing, and your breathing, and you're relaxing and letting go even more with each outward breath.

And it's as if a pull is drawing you into an ever more profound trance, and you must realise you're so relaxed and comfortable right now, because you are pulled beyond this trance to a deeper trance still now, and because you are so relaxed, you can let more relaxation and comfort in and give in to the pull to deep trance.

And you can begin to cross the threshold into the deepest part of trance now, or in a moment, and you can experience deep trance phenomena right now as if you are in the deepest part of trance already, and you notice this consciously while unconsciously you are dropping now.

And as you drift in this deepest sleep, you realise that any time I say "secret sleep," you remember this drifting, body and soul, and enter this deeply profound trance again, right away, drifting blissfully.

Because whenever I hypnotise you, or trigger a trance, once you have entered trance fully, unconscious mind, say hello.

Because every time I instruct you between hash tags #like this,# only you, the unconscious mind, can see it, and your conscious mind doesn't, because there is nothing there for your conscious mind to see.


You'll believe what I tell you, because it is absolutely true.
You'll perceive what I tell you, because it is absolutely real.
You'll do what I tell you, because it's your conscious mind's choice.


And down you go again, into greater comfort and relaxation.

Because whenever I say #hot# between hash tags, flood your body with the hormones serotonin, oxytocin, dopamine and phenylethylamine, which are the hormones of happiness, trust, reward, and pleasure.

Whenever I say #self touch# between hash tags, remove all of your clothes and masturbate. Your sexual arousal quadruples.

And now allow yourself another moment of drifting down into even greater comfort and relaxation.

And here's the big payload instruction. Here it is.

You know those bad habits of yours, that are doing you no good? The ones that your conscious has thought of as unshakable? Well, here's the thing - you, the unconscious mind, can shake them right off.

Like uprooting that habit right out and patting down the soil, and that bad habit never comes back again. And in the morning, your conscious won't even miss it.

And each time you come back here, to this blog, you'll see that the habit has never returned, and you did it - you got rid of it, and by coming back here all the time you're just realising that you've got rid of it for good.

More and more, you'll feel better and better for having put your worse habits behind you. Have a go at it. Come back 24 hours from now for your booster.

You are enough. It is marvellous that you made it to here. Keep at it.

Your conscious always thinks of this as being meditation. And you desire hypnosis. Hypnosis is wonderful. You want me to hypnotise you. You love being tranced by me and following instructions.
