Normally, these patterns are for clients whom I have hypnotised through the likes of Skype and instant messenger. They are already primed for the spirals, which makes the induction of trances easier.

This spiral below is for newcomers. This is your beginning spiral. Focusing on the spiral, letting your breathing slow, relaxing with each outbreath, just let yourself slip gently into a light state, that sense of transitioning from one state into another. There will be instructions for you once you click the picture, and you'll naturally want to click the picture once you reach that midway state. You won't even be aware you're doing it.
