I keep getting spam comments with links to bogus hypnotherapy sites. Once, I just thought it was some douchebag nicking my stuff - but twice, with the exact same comment, and a link to the same site, makes it spam.
I'll keep an eye out for rogue commenters in the future. Spam posts will get deleted.
