Here's this week's post, a delightful combination of sleep hypnosis and rainfall sounds.

Sleep Hypnosis, And Aftermath
As I explained in my previous post, I managed to use hypnosis on my pretty neighbour as she slept.
I've used sleep hypnosis before, but usually on someone in the same room as me - and obviously, while they were sleeping.
I kind of left the story hanging in the air last time, but that was because the second part of the story had not happened.
Until last night.
My neighbour turned up in the evening. She was dropping by to "borrow a cup of sugar," but well ... she ended up staying the night.
Bloody hell, though, she snores.

Hypnotic Success Story - Sleep Hypnosis
It's around 20:00 as I write this article. The date is Monday 2014 12 29.
About an hour before this moment, I could hear the occupant of the flat next door snoring, deeply. The walls are like paper where I live. So I worked in a little sleep hypnosis.
I commanded next door's unconscious mind to try a little instruction. Without waking up the conscious, I got the unconscious' eyes to open, and to get up and walk around.
I heard the snoring stop at that point.
Then I told the unconscious to go to the front door, just as they were, and to open the door and step out into the corridor, then to remain in a trance and await instructions. The corridor, I said, was lovely and warm.
I didn't hear much more snoring.
I did, however, hear next door's front door open.
And yes, my next door neighbour was standing right there, in the corridor, in a trance, awaiting instructions. Dressed for bed.

Sleep Hypnosis
An intriguing aspect, little-described in the literature of professional hypnotherapy, is that it is possible to induce hypnosis and implant suggestions in sleep.
I won't go into the details of how to do this, but suffice to say it works best when you have a sleeping subject. One thing: the subject must be in natural sleep. No drugs.
Does sleep hypnosis work? I can confirm its success, on more than one occasion. I will not divulge the subjects' names, because first of all, they are very close to me even now as exes; and secondly, they do not know.
Of course, now that you know this, please be aware that we all have to sleep some time, and that it is perfectly possible for an aware subject to wait until you are asleep before turning the tables on you ...

Hypnotic Erotic: The Next Phase
Once I discovered trancing, it was only a matter of time before I actually got my first official commission. I tranced one of my girlfriends - yes, I get through a lot of them. Don't ask - when she was having equilibrium problems after a fraught bus ride. It first scared her that she got turned on, and later it exhilarated her - and she asked me to come to her place to help me to trance both her and her sister.
Oh, the opportunities that presented themselves there ... but I kept my head on my shoulders, ignored the temptation and played the game absolutely straight down the line. I was being asked to help out with someone's problems. So be it.
This was the last time I got involved with sleep hypnosis. As with my other ex, the unconscious popped out in the middle of the night and actually called me by name. It wanted to talk. So I gave it the chance to talk, and I used my first anchoring trigger instruction.
The following morning, I tried out the anchoring trigger, and it worked. It was solid. From then on, with every client I would incorporate an anchoring trigger so I would not have to either trance them the long way around nor have to sleep with them.
And this has led to the current phase of operations - the time that I call "setting out on the path."

Hypnotic Erotic: Missed Opportunities and Sleep Hypnosis
I've experimented in accessing the unconscious minds of people as they slept, with varying success.
The first experience I ever had of sleep hypnosis was a missed opportunity. Actually, two missed opportunities - now I think about it, that time I helped a girlfriend of mine coming down from whatever she was on, she was having a pretty vivid dream but I was talking to her unconscious mind, same as with the later ex.
It is with hindsight that I now recognise the whispered voices of my exes as being the voice of their unconscious. This was the first time I had ever encountered something that I would later learn was sleep hypnosis.
Sometimes, in sleep, the unconscious can come out spontaneously. While in that state, you can actually engage the unconscious in conversation, and even give the unconscious simple instructions which it could carry out during waking.
They used to call this "pillow talk." It is now known as "sleep hypnosis," and I got to use it on one more person - many years afterwards.
