Hex Spin

The colours change and swirl as the arms rotate, like churning arms swirling a liquid around. Just keep watching the colours swirl about. You'll find that your eyes won't be able to stay open long, and that your worries and woes are melting away, pouring out into the swirling mass of colours, going, gone, along with all the muscle tensions and awareness of your body, until you are a mere presence, just watching, your attention fixed in the centre of the picture, the hub where the arms rotate from, and when you let go, your unconscious mind will click on the centre of the picture and be taken to a place where you will receive deepening instructions.
