Have you ever found yourself so relaxed that you are thinking of only one thing, and that is relaxing some more?
Suppose that you can find yourself able to relax like that, so that you can notice just how much you are sinking into relaxation and let it spread throughout your whole body in seconds. What would it be like if you could focus your awareness on just letting go of all that stress, just like that, right now?
And if you focus your awareness like that, looking at the spiral, letting each pulse relax you even further each time, then you can begin to notice how those thoughts and feelings that have been troubling you have already been peeling away and floating off, rising into the air like sparks from a fire, vanishing into the dark, gone, pushed away by each pulse.
I know you want to enjoy that relaxation, and you really should enjoy the feelings of letting go of your feelings and troubling thoughts now.
And eventually, as you let yourself give in to these wonderful feelings of relaxation and just let go now, you'll find yourself poised on the verge of another and really satisfying state of mind, where your unconscious mind is freed, where you're in a deep and completely satisfying trance and ready to accept instructions now, and when you are ready to let that happen, ready to enter a deep trance, you'll say "hello," and once you say hello you'll let yourself go completely and fully into a satisfyingly deep trance and be ready to accept instructions.
